At fruitful purpose, we pride ourselves on creating an exclusive, supportive, and enriching
membership experience. Please take a moment to review our fulfillment policy, which governs
our membership fees, payment terms, and other related procedures.
1. Payment Terms
● Membership fees are billed every 6 months through our secure payment processor,
Stripe.
● For 6-month memberships, we do not offer automatic renewal. When your
membership period is coming to an end, we’ll reach out to discuss your renewal options.
● If you’ve opted for a monthly payment plan, your membership will automatically renew at
the end of each billing cycle unless you decide to cancel. If canceled, the remainder of
your membership will still be billed in accordance with the agreed terms.
2. Membership Agreement & NDA
● All members are required to sign a Membership Contract and Non-Disclosure
Agreement (NDA) upon joining. These agreements set out the key terms of membership,
including our no-refund policy, which ensures clarity and fairness for all members.
3. No Refund Policy
● Our membership fees are non-refundable. This policy is outlined in the Membership
Contract, and by joining, you agree to this condition.
● We recommend that potential members carefully review the terms of the Membership
Contract to ensure our program aligns with your expectations before joining.
4. Membership Renewal & Cancellation
● For 6-Month Memberships: Automatic renewal is not offered. When your membership
term concludes, we will reach out to discuss renewal. If you wish to continue, and fruitful
purpose deems it a good fit, we will bill for another 6-month term.
● For Monthly Memberships: Your membership will renew automatically at the end of
each billing cycle unless canceled. If you choose to cancel, the remainder of your
membership period will still be billed as agreed upon.
5. Private Membership Association (PMA)
● fruitful purpose operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA). As a member, you
agree to abide by the terms set out in the Membership Contract, including the
non-refundable payment terms and NDA, which help maintain the exclusive and trusted
nature of our community.
6. Dispute Resolution
● We aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members. If you have any

● Any disputes related to membership will be handled according to the terms outlined in
the PMA and Membership Contract.
